Order processing
Orders ship from Lake Forest, IL within 1–2 business days of being placed (Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order over $35.
Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.95 (standard ground, 3–7 business days).
Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Hawaii and Alaska may add a small surcharge based on package weight.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. For international wholesale inquiries, contact our wholesale team.
60-day funk-free guarantee
If FunkAway doesn't work for your situation, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
No need to ship back an empty bottle — just email hello@funkaway.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you, and we'll process the refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong product, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away — no return required.

Subscribe & save orders ship on your selected cadence (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account.
